A US Air Force honor guard carried the casket of Airman First Class Leebernard Chavis during burial services at Arlington National Cemetery today in Arlington, Virginia.
Chavis was killed October 14, 2006 in Iraq by a sniper's bullet and was posthumously awarded the Purple Heart for bravey. More U.S. soldiers have been killed in Iraq in October than in any other month of the year.
